I designed this Red Flower tutorial for someone who is learning to embroider and like to follow a pattern. However this is also an excellent project for an experienced embroiderer who wish to experiment and change given design and
pattern to suit their needs.
The main focus is on practicing a few basic stitches and incorporating some beautiful elements like beads of various sizes to add more texture and a unique look to this project.
If you are not familiar with the stitches, I recommend to start with a quick overview of the whole document first and then practice the basic stitches explained in the STITCH LIBRARY. Practice them on a separate piece of fabric to get more confidence and a better understanding of stitches. Big focus is placed on the color selection for the flower.
